We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

- Transmit malicious code, engage in denial-of-service attacks, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

Open-source components made available by Gilligan Tech Inc. (such as the Claude Code memory system published on GitHub) are governed by the licence terms accompanying those repositories.
5. Customer data
Where Gilligan Tech Inc. processes personal data on behalf of a business customer under a service agreement, it does so as a data processor under the customer's instructions. Data processing obligations, security measures, and sub-processor disclosure are set out in the applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Contact us to request a DPA.
6. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gilligan Tech Inc. disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Customers are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it for business or legal decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gilligan Tech Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or US $100, whichever is greater.
